Title-page art (left) was provided after initial concepts were approved. Due to the dark background, I had to offset the image to provide a clear distinction from the background and image. Creating an outline would assist in any issues that could occur due to the heavy ink printing.
Grey tones were also adjusted for clarity in the final printing.

Unused concept would imply the final battle between Obi-Wan and Anakin on Mustafar, with lava/ink textures.

During development, a request to use a silhouette of Obi-Wan and Anakin. Once layouts were approved, the actual art was provided further into production, with detail (as seen in final printing).
This unused layout continued the lava motif.
