History of Comics and Cartooning Workshop

Edwin Vazquez will direct a six-week workshop & lecture sponsored by the Queens Library in partnership with Penguin Random House. In this class, the participant will develop a one-page comic book or illustration utilizing acclaimed artist spotlights from history.

Artist spotlights include: Richard .F. Outcault, Bernard Krigstein, Trina Robbins, Dawud Anyabwile, Justin Green, and Kang Full.
